Registration and Visualization of MRI Time-Series Data
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací aplikace pro registraci časových sérií snímků z magnetické rezonance. Analyzuje formáty obrazů, které se v medicíně používají, detailně pak rozebírá standard DICOM, který je dnes používaný nejčastěji. Práce probírá různé typy registrací a zkoumá obecné postupy, které se při registraci obrazu uplatňují.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with design and implementation of application for registration and visualization of MRI time-series. It analyses common medical image formats and examines the most frequently used DICOM standard in more detail. The thesis discusses different kinds of image registrations and examines the image registration process.
