Práce se zabývá problematikou nekalé soutěže na trhu s potravinami. Trh s potravinami má jistá specifika, která mají dopad i na charakter nejčastěji se objevující nekalosoutěžní jednání. Tato specifika, spolu s jejich příčinami, jsou v práci identifikována. Pozornost je věnována zejména případům z praxe, které jsou dále analyzovány. The thesis is dealing with issues of unfair Competition in the Market of Food. Market of foodstuff has certain specifics, which have also impact on the character of the most frequently appearing unfair behavior.
