Platónova a Aristotelova koncepce státu

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Platónova a Aristotelova pojetí státu, je věnována analýze a následnému porovnání myšlenek dvou významných filosofů antického Řecka. Tyto myšlenky, obsažené v Platónově Ústavě a Zákonech a v Aristotelově Politice a Etice Nikomachově, zahrnují pojetí státního zřízení, vize ideálního státu, občanství, a rozdělení rozličných ústav. Zmíněné aspekty jsou nejprve zkoumány u každého filosofa zvlášť a následně jsou vzájemně porovnány. V tématu pojetí státu v této práci je rovněž zmíněn stručný náhled do světa žen a dětí v obci. Nejprve je objasněn ideální stát v Platónově Ústavě. Kapitoly jsou věnovány ideálnímu státu, druhy lidí v obci, pojmu spravedlnosti nebo dělení vlád. Důležitým objasněním je rozbor společenství v Ústavě. Společenství je u Platóna rozděleno do tří nerovných tříd, kdy primárně je řešena třída vládců - filosofů a strážců. V tomto komunistickém režimu, kde je vše společné, rezonuje myšlenka společných žen a dětí. Z tohoto zkoumání vyplynulo, že jde o velký skok mezi běžným životem žen a dětí ve starém Řecku a myšlenkou u Platóna, která by v jeho pojetí zřejmě nebyla udržitelná. Další část je věnována Aristotelovi a jeho pojetí státu, zahrnující témata systematického rozdělení ústav, občanství, relativně ideální pojetí obce a kritiku Platónovy myšlenky ideální obce, opět s přihlédnutím na postavení žen a dětí. Aristotelova kritika společných žen a dětí podle Platóna je postavena na základním pilíři Aristotelovy hierarchie společenství. Tímto pilířem je domácnost či rodina, kterou Platón naopak zavrhuje. Oba filosofové kladou velký důraz na potřebu společenství, které člověk nutně potřebuje k dobrému životu. Platón chce dosáhnout zcela spravedlivé ideální obce prostřednictví stability, zachování nastaveného řádu a dokonalým vládcem - filosofem. Aristotelés klade důraz hlavně na realizaci jeho myšlenek, které se opírají o reálné základy. A proto, musí vládnout vláda podle stanovených zákonů. Ženy a děti jsou v těchto pojetích upozaděni a prohlášeny za nerovné mužům, či ovládané. Tato práce je má lehce zviditelnit.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis, its topic is Plato and Aristotle's conception of state, is dedicated to analysis and sequential comparison of ideas of two significant philosophers of Ancient Greece. These ideas, inherent in Plato's and Aristotle's Politics and The Nicomachean Ethics, include the conception of a form of government, the theory of ideal state, citizenship and a division of diverse constitutions. Initially, the mentioned aspects are researched, each philosopher separately, and then they are reciprocally compared. In the topic of the conception of state, in this thesis, there is a brief glimpse into the world of women and children in a village. Initially, the ideal state in Plato's Republic is clarified. The chapters are dedicated to the ideal state, the types of people in the village, the term of justice or division of government. The classification of society in the Republic is an important clarification. Plato's society is divided into three unequal classes, primarily, it is dealt with the class of guardians - philosophers and class of auxiliaries. In this communist regime, where everything is common, the idea of common women and children resonate. From this research resulted, that it is a great leap between a common life of women and children in Ancient Greece and Plato's theoretical idea, which would not be apparently maintainable in his conception. The next part is devoted to Aristotle and his conception of state, involving the topic of systematic separation of constitutions, citizenship, relatively ideal conception of village, and a criticism of Plato's idea of ideal village, again with a consideration of women and children's position. Aristotle's criticism of common women and children according to Plato, is based on the fundamental pillar of Aristotle's hierarchy of society. This pillar is a household or a family, which reversely Plato deprecates. Both philosophers put a significant emphasis on the existence of society, which the humankind is craving to have for a good life. Plato wants to achieve a completely fair ideal village by a stability, a maintaining set order and a perfect guardian - philosopher. Aristotle emphasizes mostly an implementation of his ideas. Thus, he introduces a rather generally applicable principle, which the village should fulfill, in order to be good. And therefore, it has to also rule according to established laws. Women and children are sidelined, in these conceptions and they are declared as unequal to men or they are dominated by them. This thesis shall draw slightly attention to them.
