Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je inovace služeb podniku cestovního ruchu. Tato práce pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje aktuální trendy a zákaznické preference. V praktické části dochází k vyhodnocení výsledků a na základě zjištěných dat je vytvořen návrh nového produktu cestovního ruchu včetně finanční kalkulace. The thema of this bachelor thesis is the innovation of tourism services. This thesis using the questionnaire survey to find out current trends and customer preferences.
