Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem využití moderních metod v rozpočtování v podniku FX, a. s. Teoretická část je věnována kritické literární rešerši oblasti podnikového rozpočtování. Je představen rozdíl mezi plánem a rozpočtem, obsah rozpočtového procesu a využití tradičních metod rozpočtování. Nastíněny jsou také moderní přístupy v této oblasti. Praktická část se zabývá představením a vstupní analýzou konkrétního podniku FX, a. s. Podnik je podroben analýze rozpočtového procesu a jsou analyzovány odchylky. Na základě kritické literární rešerše a analýzy podniku FX, a. s. je v projektové části navržen nový přístup k sestavení rozpočtu podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of using modern methods of budgeting in the FX, a. s. company. The theoretical part is devoted to the critical literary research of corporate budgeting. The difference between the plan and the budget, the content of the budgetary process and the use of traditional methods of budgeting are presented. Modern approaches in this area are also outlined. The practical part deals with introduction of the company and entrance analysis. The company is subjected to a analysis of the budgetary process and analysis of variances. New approach to company budgeting is designed in the project part which is based on the critical literary research and analysis of the company.
