Diplomová práce se zabývá pouze druhy trestů, které jsou obsažené v zákoně č. 40/2009 Sb. Tato diplomová práce neobsahuje trestní odpovědnost právnických osob a odpovědnost mládeže za protiprávní činy a soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Je to dáno z důvodu, že samotné tresty, které jsou obsaženy v trestním zákoníku jsou velmi obsáhlé, a tudíž není prostor se věnovat v této diplomové práci ostatním trestům …more

This thesis deals only with the types of punishments that are contained in Act No. 40/2009 Coll. This thesis does not cover the criminal liability of legal persons and the liability of youth for unlawful acts and the youth justice system.
