Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zoonóze "Horečka z krysího kousnutí" (RBF - rat bite fever) a mikroorganismech Streptobacillus moniliformis a Spirillum minus, které jsou s nemocí spojovány. I když se jedná o vzácné onemocnění s nízkou incidencí ve světě, nerozpoznání klinických příznaků a pozdní zahájení léčby může mít za následek rychlý průběh infekce, mnohdy i s fatálními následky. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the description of the zoonitic disease "Rat bite fever" (RBF) and its etiologic agents, bacteria S. moniliformis and S. minus. Despite it being a disease of rare occurance and low incidency in the world, fast recognition of the symptoms and therapy is crusial for prevention of fatal course of the disease.
