History of Organization of People with Disabilities in the Czech Republic since the Second Half of the 20th Century

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii organizací osob se zdravotním postižením v České republice od 2. poloviny 20. století po současnost. Cílem práce je poskytnout systematický přehled o organizacích osob se zdravotním postižením, které na našem území působily a dosud působí. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první se zabývá teoretickými východisky práce. Druhá kapitola se konkrétně zabývá historií organizací osob se zdravotním postižením a ve třetí kapitole se pojednává o historii organizací z pohledu orální historie. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje roli sociální práce při vzniku organizací osob se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis is about the history of organizations of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic since the 2nd half of the 20th century. The aim is to provide a systematic overview of the organizations of persons with disabilities that have been operating in our country. This work is divided into four chapters, the first is about the theoretical approach for the work. The second one discusses specifically the history of the organization, the third concerns the history of the organization from the perspective of an oral history, and the fourth discusses the role of social work in the development of organizations of persons with disabilities.
