Abstract:
Práce se zabývá římským vojenství od počátků Říma až do 3 st. př. Kr. a je vymezena rokem 202 př. Kr. V úvodu práce jsou zhodnoceny použité prameny a zdroje k této práci. V hlavní části pak autor sleduje vývoj římského vojenství a vlivy, které na něj působily, používané vybavení a pomocí antických písemných pramenů popíše na konkrétních bitvách vojenskou taktiku. The bachelor’s thesis deals with Roman military affairs since the dawn of Rome until the third century B.C., specifically until 202 B.C. The works cited and sources for this thesis are evaluated in the introduction of the thesis.
