Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta po polytraumatu s využitím prvků dle Konceptu Bazální stimulace?" se zabývá péčí o pacienta hospitalizovaného na Klinice úrazové chirurgie-JIP, ve spolupráci s lékaři, psychiatry, fyzioterapeuty a dalšími specialisty. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu a názorného vytvoření plánu péče s využitými prvky Konceptu Bazální stimulace?, který vychází z Ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-I Taxonomie II, vztahující se k určitému pacientovi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje traumatologii a problematice polytraumatu - jeho rozdělením, diagnostikou, komplikacemi a terapií. V kapitole druhé je popsána péče pacienta na jednotce intenzivní péče. Třetí kapitola práce je věnována Bazální stimulaci - podstatě konceptu, základním prvkům a technikám, jako jsou polohování, druhy stimulací a komunikaci s pacientem. V praktické části, čtvrté kapitole, je popsán ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního vybraného pacienta s polytraumatem, u kterého byly využity v rámci ošetřovatelské péče prvky Bazální stimulace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Nursing process in care of patient with polytrauma using the elements of Basal Stimulation" is to deal with the patient, who is hospitalized on the clinic of traumatic Surgery ICU, there is collaboration with doctors, psychiatrist, physiotherapist and others. This Bachelor thesis is devided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the field of traumatology like a whole unit and then it covers classification, diagnostics and also treatment of polytrauma. In one subchapter are contain the complications of polytrauma. In the second chapter is described patient care in the ICU. This chapter is also about patient needs in this unit, it mainly means vital needs and the import part of this chapter is observation the patient in the ICU. The issue of Basal concept is briefly described, including basic elements, acts like patient positioning, types of stimulation and then it describes the communication with the patient. The ain of the bachelor thesis is creating the nursing care process and nursing care plan with the use of elements of basal stimulation. This Nursing plan presents diagnosis, which are determined using NANDA - I Taxonomy II.
