Diploma thesis deals with entering of the company on the foreign market. In the theoretical part, we gain a general knowledge related to this issue. In the practical part this knowledge is then used to analyze the company, the selected foreign market and entry conditions to this market. Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike vstupu firmy na zahraničný trh. V teoretickej časti získame všeobecné znalosti, ktoré s touto témou súvisia. V praktickej časti práce sú následne využité tieto znalosti k analýze firmy, vybraného zahraničného trhu a podmienok vstupu na zahraničný trh.
