Ekologické valence makrozoobentosu v biomonitorovací síti ČR

Abstract:

Abstrakt: Práce se zabývá modelováním valenčních křivek makrozoobentosu v biomonitorovací síti ČR z jarních odběrů v letech 1997-2007. Hlavním použitým přístupem bylo dělení environmentálního gradientu do kategorií, zároveň ale práce srovnává výsledky tohoto přístupu s metodami váženého průměrování a logistické regrese. Zpracovala jsem 92 druhů – vybrala jsem si ty nejčetnější druhy hmyzu, z nichž jsem vyloučila dvoukřídlé (Diptera). Zůstaly mi především jepice (Ephemenoptera), pošvatky (Plecoptera) a chrostíci (Trichoptera). U všech těchto druhů jsem počítala valenční křivky na základních geomorfologických proměnných – nadmořské výšce, vzdálenosti od pramene a spádu. U vybraných 20 druhů jsem navíc počítala valence na využití krajiny v povodí nad lokalitou – procentu zastavěných ploch, procentu zemědělských ploch, procentu lesů a procentu travin a křovin. U valenčních křivek na základních geomorfologických proměnných srovnávám valenční křivky z referenčních a nereferenčních lokalit. Vyloženě indikační druhy pro antropogenní zatížení nebyly zjištěny. Pravděpodobně je to dané tím, že jsem zpracovávala ještě poměrně četné druhy a u relativně malého počtu druhů jsem počítala valencena nějakých antropogeníích stresorech. Mezi ty potenciálně citlivější na lidské zásahy patří asi 20 druhů, které se vyskytují v nejvyšších nadmořských výškách. Často mají výrazně snížené tolerance na nereferenčních lokalitách. Kromě nich sem ještě řadím druh Aphelocheirus aestivalis (Hemiptera) – druh nižších nadmořských výšek, který má optimum v rozmezí 0-2 % zastavěných ploch a toleruje pouze tuto optimální kategorii. Naopak mezi druhy tolerantní až mírně preferující člověkem narušené biotopy řadím: Elmis maugetii (Coleoptera)– druh nižších až středních až vstředních nadmořských výšek, velice tolerantní vůči procentu zastavěných ploch v povodí nad lokalitou. Další je Caenis macrura (Ephemenoptera) – druh nejnižších nadmořských výšek s úzkou tolerancí. Optimum procenta zastavěných ploch je ve vyšší části gradientu a tolerance velice široká. Také má větší procento výskytů na zastavěných lokalitách.

Abstract: These thesis occupy with modelling ecological demand curves of macroinvertebrates in biomonitoring network of the Czech Republic during years 1997-2007 . It compares these methods of moddeling – weighted averaging, logistic regresion and dividing environmental gradient into cathergories. I used the last method for most calculations. I proccessed 92 species – I chose the the most common species of insect, from which I excluded Diptera. Then Ephemenoptera, Plecoptera and Trichoptera were the most common groups in remained species. I calculated demand curves on altitude, distance from the origin and surface slope for all these species. I calculated demand curves on types of landuse in river–basin above the sampled locality for chosen 20 species. Concrete investigated types of land-use were – ratio of cover of urban areas, ratio of of cover of agriculture areas, ratio of cover of forests and ratio of cover of grass and shruberry countryside. I compare demand curves on referencial and non-referencial localities for basic geomorfological environmental conditions – altitude, distance from the origin and surface slope. But results of this comparing are not unambiguous. I did not found unambiguous indicative species for human- impacted localities. The more sensitive species for human impacts we can included about twenty species with optimum in the hightest altitude and narrow tolerances. These species had considerably narrower tolerences for altitude on nonreferencial localities than from referencial. In addition we can included Aphelocheirus aestivalis (Hemiptera) between these more sensitive species. It is species of lower altitudes. It has optimum for ratio of cover of urban areas in the lowest cathegory and tolerates only this cathegory. Spescies, which we can by contrast include between these more tolerant, maybe sligtly prefereing human-impacted localities: Elmis maugetii (Coleoptera) - it lives in lower to central altitudes and has wide toleration for urban areas in river-basin above the locality. It is only one from20 studuied speciec, which have some presences in the localities in hightest catheregory of urban areas – 20-40%. Other tolerant species is Caenis macrura (Ephemenoptera)– it lives in the lowest altitudes. It has the optimum for ratio of cover of urban areas in higter levels and it has wide toleration for this environmental condioin. It has also wide toleration for other types of landuse.
