The goal of this thesis is to modify the existing visualizer on the website e-cyanobacterium.org, or to design and implement its new version such that it will fulfill new requirements on its functionality and technical aspects. Cieľom práce je upraviť existujúci vizualizátor na stránke e-cyanobacterium.org, alebo navrhnúť a implementovať jeho novú verziu tak, aby spĺňala nové požiadavky na jeho funkcionalitu a technické aspekty.
