Diplomová práce analyzuje faktory a trendy seniorské kriminality, poskytuje vhled do vztahu mezi stárnutím a trestnou činností. Kombinuje teoretický přehled s kvantitativní analýzou kriminality seniorů v České republice. Zjišťuje rostoucí trend v odsouzení seniorů a naznačuje potřebu účinných preventivních opatření. Abstract:
The master's thesis examines the factors and trends of senior criminality, providing insight into relationship between aging ang criminal behavior. It combines a theoretical overview with quantitative analysis of senior crime in the Czech Republic.
