Motifs of Traditional Japanese Tattoo and their Influence on the Contemporary Tattoo in the World
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem tradičního japonského tetování, jeho historií, náměty a spojitostí s japonskými dřevořezy ukijoe. Snaží se také o srovnání současné situace tohoto fenoménu v Japonsku a na Západě, včetně České Republiky.
Abstract:
This work concerns traditional Japanese tattooing, its history, symbolism and its connection with japanese woodblock prints (ukiyo-e). The piece will also draw comparisons between contemporary situations of this phenomenon in Japan and in the West, including Czech Republic.
