Abstract:

Těhotenství je období od oplodnění vajíčka do začátku porodu. Je to období, které přináší řadu obtíží a žena je vystavována velké zátěži, z důvodů zabezpečení vývoje plodu. V obecné části jsou popsány obecné příznaky těhotenství, změny v organismu, vyšetřovací metody prováděné v tomto období, a také je zde popsán porod a šestinedělí. Dále zahrnuje anatomii a kineziologii pánevní oblasti. Speciální část obsahuje popis fyzioterapeutických postupů a metod, které jsou vhodné v těhotenství, dále jsou zde popsány vhodné a nevhodné sporty pro těhotné ženy. Hlavní část je věnována kazuistice mé pacientky, kineziologickému rozboru, realizaci fyzioterapie a dlouhodobým doporučením.

Abstract:

Pregnancy is the period from egg fertilization to the beginning of childbirth. It is the period that brings a number of obstacles and woman?s body goes through lots of difficulties to provide for development of foetus. First part of the paper describes the symptoms of pregnancy, changes in the body, examinational methods undertaken during this period, childbirth and childbed as well. Subsequently it concentrates on the description of anatomy and kinesiology of the pelvis area. Second part illustrates the physiotherapeutic techniques and methods that are appropriate to use in the pregnancy and explains which sport are convenient and inconvenient for pregnant women. The main goal of this paper is the case-study of a particular patient in connection with the kinesiologic analysis, implementation of physiotherapy and long-term recommendations.
