Abstract:

AbstraktníPráce poskytuje přehled systému daně z příjmů v Indii a problematických faktorů v ČR shromažďování daní je diskutováno jako černá ekonomika, praní peněz, nezaměstnanost.Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat daňové úniky v Indii a dílčí cíle zahrnout vyhodnotit faktory odpovědné za nedostatečnou platbu daně z příjmů a najít způsoby, jak je potlačit.Aby bylo možné splnit cíl práce, studie využila test Dickey-Fullera pro Jednotka Kořenový model, aby zjistil, zda jsou proměnné stacionární nebo ne, a zobrazují vztah proměnných nezaměstnanost, velikost stínové ekonomiky apod. s daňovými úniky. Data byla shromážděna od Světové banky, F.Schneider (2017), KPMG. Data jsou časové řady od roku 1999 do roku 2015.Na základě výsledků studie bylo zjištěno, že velikost stínové ekonomiky má a velký dopad na daňové úniky.

Abstract:

The thesis gives an overview of the Income-tax system in India and the problematic factors intax collection are discussed like the black economy, money laundering, unemployment. The main objective of the thesis is to measure income tax evasion in India and the sub-objectives include to evaluate the factors responsible for underpayment of income tax and to find theways to curb it.In order to fulfill the objective of the thesis, the study made use of Dickey-Fuller Test for Unit Root model to know whether the variables are stationary or not and depict therelationship of variables unemployment, size of shadow economy etc with tax evasion. Datawas collected from the World Bank, F.Schneider(2017), KPMG. The data is time series from the year 1999-2015.It was discovered based on the results of the study that the size of shadow economy has a great impact on tax evasion.
