Závěrečná práce je zaměřená na problematiku agenturního zaměstnávání ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO, a. s. Práce analyzuje data od počátku agenturního zaměstnávání, tedy od roku 1988 až po rok 2019. Práce vysvětluje pojem agenturní zaměstnávání, historii a právní rámec. The final work is focused on the issue of agency employment in the company ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. The work analyzes data from the beginning of agency employment, from 1988 to 2019. The thesis explains the concept of agency employment, history and legal framework.
