Violation of Trade Secret - Practical Examples
Abstract:
Základním úkolem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat porušení obchodního tajemství pomocí právních předpisů, odborné literatury a judikatury. V závěru práce porovnám dosavadní právní úpravu obchodního tajemství s novým občanským zákoníkem.
Abstract:
The basic task of this bachelor work is to characterize the violation of a trade secret with use of legal regulations, specialized literature and case law. In the end of the work I compare actual legislation of the trade secret with the new civil code.
