Plasmachemical deposition of amine-containing films for biosensors
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá plazmochemickou modifikací povrchu zlatých elektrod senzorů vrstvami obsahujícími aminoskupiny. Vrstvy byly připraveny v kapacitně vázaném radiofrekvenčním výboji za nízkého tlaku ze směsi terc- butylaminu s argonem. Abstract:
In this thesis we study plasma surface modification of gold sensors electrodes with amine- containing films. Films were prerared in capacitive coupled radiofrequency discharge at low pressure from mixture of tert-butylamine and argon. Films were applied on electrochemical sensors and quartz crystal microbalances (QCM). At the same time films were deposited on silicon substrates. Surface morfology charakterization …more
