Psychological Aspects in Human Resource Management

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá psychologickými hledisky v řízení lidských zdrojů. Nejprve budou vymezeny v rámci teoretické části práce základní pojmy k danému tématu (lidské zdroje, řízení lidských zdrojů a další), zmíněna bude stručně také historie řízení lidských zdrojů a požadavky na manažery a personalisty. Ve druhé kapitole práce bude věnována pozornost hlavnímu tématu této práce, a to psychologickým hlediskům v řízení lidských zdrojů, psychologii práce a vztahům na pracovišti. Teoretická část práce bude zpracována na základě rešerše dostupných odborných literárních a dalších relevantních zdrojů. Cílem práce je popsat, analyzovat a na modelovém příkladu ověřit možnost zahrnutí psychologických metod do praxe řízení lidských zdrojů. Dále porovnat rozdíly při uplatnění psychologických aspektů oproti běžným přístupům, na základě empirických výsledků případně doporučit implementaci těchto metod.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with psychological aspects in human resources management. First ly defined within the theoretical part of the thesis will be basic concepts on the topic (human resources, human resources management and others), the history of human resources management and the requirements for managers and staffers will also be briefly mentioned. In the second chapter of the thesis, attention will be paid to the main theme of this work, namely psychological aspects in human resource management, work psychology and workplace relations. The theoretical part of the work will be processed on the basis of a research of available professional literary and other relevant sources. The aim of the work is to describe, analyse and, using a model example, verify the possibility of incorporating psychological methods into human resource management practice. Further, compare differences in the application of psychological aspects over normal approaches, on the basis of empirical results, where appropriate, recommend the implementation of these methods.
