Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou ideologie a ideových východisek ČSSD od počátku svého vzniku v 70. letech 19. století až do současnosti, jejími změnami a vývojem v reakci na důležité mezníky v našich dějinách. Stěžejním obdobím pro analýzu je období od roku 2002 do roku 2013. V úvodu práce (teoretická část) je popsána ideologie, na kterou se současná ČSSD snaží navázat. Následně je popsán vývoj ČSSD od počátku vzniku v 70. letech 19. století až do roku 2002. Tato část práce popisuje, na jakých hodnotách a za jakých okolností vznikla a co bylo jejím základním ideologickým východiskem, dále jsou zkoumány proměny ideologie a politika strany v reakci na jednotlivé důležité události našich dějin, především vznik Československa, období hospodářské krize a v neposlední řadě poválečné období do roku 1948, kdy končí doba demokracie a pro sociální demokraty to znamená ukončení činnosti na politické scéně naší republiky. V období exilu až do roku 1989 jsou sledovány činnosti představitelů strany v zahraničí a vliv na politiku v socialistickém Československu. Polistopadové období a výchozí ideologie obnovené ČSSD, proměny jejího volebního programu a reakce na výsledky jednotlivých voleb, především do Parlamentu České republiky v období 2002 2013 a současné období ČSSD v pozici vládní strany jsou další body, které jsou stejně jako výše uvedené, nástrojem k použití při zhodnocení současných ideových východisek ČSSD. Výsledkem celé práce je obsahová analýza volebních a politických programů od roku 2002 až do posledních parlamentních voleb v roce 2013, zda ČSSD pořád vychází z historických kořenů a stojí na původní ideologické bázi a jaké je její postavení v rámci českého stranického systému. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány vlivy jednotlivých předsedů ČSSD, jak dokázali působit na ideologii a politiku strany svými názory a jak se to promítlo do výsledku jednotlivých voleb.

Abstract:

My bachelor´s thesis focuses onthe ideology and the ideological basis of ČSSD political party since its beginning in the seventies of the 19th century up to the present day, its changes and development responding to the landmarks in our history. The crucial period of time for the analysis is the era between the years 2002 and 2013. In the beginning (the theoretical part) I describe the ideology the present ČSSD political party is trying to follow up with in general. After that, I focus on the develepment of ČSSD since its beginning in the seventies of the 19th century up to the year 2002. This part analyses the values and circumstances the political party was established on and describes the fundamental ideological basis in detail. Then the bachelor´s thesis investigates the ideological transformation and the policy of the political party responding to the landmarks in our history, especially to the formation of Czechoslovakia, to the period of the economic crisis and last but not least to the post-war period after the year 1948, when the democratic period comes to its end which means for the social democrats that they have to terminate their activities on the political stage in our country. Since the exille period up to 1989 I track the activities of the ČSSD leaders abroad and also their influence on the political situation in the then socialistic Czechoslovakia. The next topic is the post-November period and the initial ideology of the renew ČSSD political party, the transformation of its election program, the reaction on the election results, especially the Parliamentary elections between the years 2002 and 2013, and also the current position of ČSSD as the leading political party of the Czech Republic. The outcome of the whole bachelor´s thesis is the complete analysis of the election and political programs since 2002 up to the latest parliamentary elections in 2013 and the detailed study of the ČSSD and its ideology which stills comes out of the historical core and stands on the original ideological basis when thinking about its position within the Czech political system. This work also analyzes the influence of the individual ČSSD leaders how they controlled the ideology and political program of the party by their opinions and how all this affected the results of the political elections afterwards.
