Práce se zabývá hermeneutickým výkladem sofistikovaně vybrané reprezentativní judikatury, která se zabývá problematikou znaleckého posudku ve správním řízení. Výsledky hermeneutické analýzy způsobu, jakým vysoké soudy odůvodňují svá rozhodnutí odhalily pět charakteristik (opor), které se objevují napříč řešenými oblastmi případů. Abstract:
The thesis deals with hermeneutical interpretation of sophisticated representative jurisprudence, dealing with issues of expert opinion in administrative proceedings. The results of a hermeneutical analysis of the way the high courts justify their decisions found the five characteristics (support) that appear across the case areas.
