Abstract:

Ochová Ivanová, Kateřina: Pracovní uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením – „procházka“ Růžovým sadem. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Masarykova univerzita, Pedagogická fakulta, katedra Speciální pedagogiky. 2010, s. 47. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem mentální retardace, její etiologii, klasifikaci a psychologické zvláštnosti osob s mentálním postižením, dále se zabývá významem práce v životě člověka s mentálním postižením, legislativou zaměstnavání osob se zdravotním postižením, činností úřadů práce a nestátních neziskových organizací z hlediska zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením a stávajícími možnostmi pracovního uplatnění těchto osob. Výzkumná část je věnována sociálně terapeutické dílně občanského sdružení V růžovém sadu, která zaměstnává lidi s lehkým až středním stupněm mentální retardace. Jsou zde specifikovány konkrétní podmínky zaměstnávání, způsob organizace a hlavní myšlenky tohoto pracovního prostředí.

Abstract:

Ochová Ivanová, Kateřina: Working fulfilment of persons with mental handicap – a „walk“ through Růžový sad. Bachelor work. Brno: Masaryk University, Fakulty of Education, Department of Special Needs Pedagogy, 2010, s. 47. My bachelor´s thesis deals with the problems of employment of persons with mental handicap. The theoretical part explains the term mental retardation, its etiology, classification and psychological particularities of people with mental handicap, further it dwells on the signigicance of work in life of a mental retarded person, with legislation of employment of persons with health handicap, with acivities of job offices and non-profit institutions from the point of view of mentally handicapped people and with current possibilities of employment of these people. The research part focuses on the social therapeutic workrooms of the civil association V růžovém sadu, which employs people with light or middle degree of retardation. The specific conditions of employment, the ways of organization and the main ideas of this working environment are mentioned here.
