Evaluation of intellectual capital management at the Pardubice airport

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hodnocení řízení intelektuálního kapitálu na letišti Pardubice. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti intelektuálního kapitálu. V další části jsou analyzovány základní části intelektuálního kapitálu na letišti Pardubice. Na základě analýzy současného stavu jsou v poslední části práce uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení situace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating management of intellectual capital at the Pardubice airport. Theoretical part is dealing with the basic concepts of intellectual capital. In the next part the primary parts of intellectual capital at the Pardubice airport are analyzed. In the last part of the thesis suggested improvements, based on the analysis of current situation, are described.
