Reinvestigation of acetylene bromoboration reaction
Abstract:
Tato práce podrobně zkoumá bromoborační reakci acetylenu bromidem boritým. Je ověřován vliv čistoty výchozích látek a dalších faktorů na zastoupení cis-trans izomerů dibrom(2-bromethenyl)boranu ve výsledné směsi produktů. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou diskutovány možné mechanismy reakce s ohledem na její stereoselektivitu, podmínky vzniku syn- i anti-aduktu a jejich případná izomerace.
Abstract:
A mechanism of the bromoboration reaction of acetylene with boron tribromide was thoroughly studied. Impact of reagents’ purity and other factors on isomers ratio in the final product mixture of dibromo(2-bromoethenyl)borane is investigated. Possible mechanisms of the reaction with respect to its stereoselectivity are discussed as well as conditions of syn- and anti-adduct formation and their isomerization
