Abstract:

V požářišti území Moravské Sahary byly po dobu 9let studovány dlouhodobé změny ve struktuře společenstva čeledi Carabidae ve vztahu k měnícím se stanovištním podmínkám volně ponechaných ploch. Za účelem hodnocení změn po požární dynamiky bylo v roce 2013 založeno 10 trvale výzkumných ploch v porostech borovice lesní (Pinus sylvestris L.) a 1 v porostu dubu červeného (Quercus rubra L.). Borové porosty disponují diferencovaným stupněm poškození a s nimi byly paralelně založeny nezasažené lokality s odpovídající růstovou fází. Poslední stanoviště je nepárová lokalita listnaté tyčkoviny zasažená požárem. Pro sběr epigeické fauny bylo užito zemních pastí (5ks/lokalita). Celkem bylo chyceno 30 999 jedinců zastoupených v 117 druzích. Po 9letém sledování nedošlo k podobnosti společenstev narušených a nenarušených biotopů. V listnatém porostu došlo po 1 roce ke stabilizaci druhové kompozice. Složení druhového spektra čeledi Carabidae se ve vyspělé kmenovině zasažené požárem stabilizovalo po 3 letech. Po 6 letech sledování volných ploch požářiště lze usuzovat o pominutí podisturbančního efektu. Pterostichus quadrifoveolatus (Letzner, 1852) byl početnější v kmenovinách než v tyčkovinách. Po 6 letech se z požářiště stáhl. Na požářišti rostl počet druhů tolerantních k otevřeným a suchým biotopům.

Abstract:

Long-term changes in the community structure of the taxonomic group Carabidae in relation to the changing habitat conditions in Moravian Sahara left aside for 9 years. In order to evaulate aftermath of wildfire, 10 permanent research areas were established in 2013 in conifer stands (Pinus sylvestris L.) and one permanent area in hardwood stand of red oak (Quercus rubra L.) Scots pine stands have differentiated degree of affection by wildfire. To compare results parallel sites with same age distribution were established in unaffected Scots pine stands. Last habitat is the unpaired site of young broadleaves stand affected by fire. Pit fall traps (5 pieces/habitat) were used to collect epigeic fauna. A total of 30 999 individuals represented in 117 species were caught. After 9 years of monitoring, there was no similarity between disturbed and undisturbed habitat communities. The species composition stabilized in the deciduous stand after 1 year. The composition spectrum of Carabidae species stabilized in the old pine growth after 3 years after fire. It can be concluded that the disturbance effect disappeared after 6 years. Pterostichus quadrifoveolatus (Letzner, 1852) was more abundant in the affected old stands than in younger one. It withdrew from the scene of burnt sides under 6 years.Throught the time number of species tolerant to open and dry habitats rapidly grew.
