Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá ženami vyšetřovanými pro trestnou činnost na úrovni zločinů v působnosti Okresního soudu Bystřice nad Pernštejnem v letech 1919-1923 a zapojením tohoto tématu do gymnaziální výuky dějepisu formou projektového vyučování. Ve své teoretické části se diplomová práce věnuje úvodu do prostoru a času, dějinám ženské emancipace a ženské kriminality, vývoji trestního a procesního práva v českých zemích, vývoji českého soudnictví a také didaktice dějepisu. Praktická část se věnuje především ženskému podílu na kriminalitě ve sledovaném období a prostoru a také analýze soudních spisů, na základě kterých je následně vytvořena typologie potencionálních pachatelek trestných činů pro dané období a oblast. Poslední část práce se zabývá samotným použitím výzkumu a bádání ve výuce dějepisu na Gymnáziu Bystřice nad Pernštejnem.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with topic of women who were investigated for crime within the jurisdiction of the District court Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in the years 1919-1923 and with the involvement of this topic in history teaching at grammar school in form of project teaching. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with introduction of place and time, history of emancipation of women and female criminality, development of criminal and procedural law, development of Czech jurisdiction and didactics of history. The practical part of this diploma thesis deals mainly with women’s part in criminality within the introduced time and place and also with analysis of court files based on which typology of potential perpetrator in introduced time and place is created. The last part of this diploma thesis deals with use of this research and investigation in the history teaching at Gymnázium Bystřice nad Pernštejnem.
