Difficulty of work in social rehabilitation

Abstract:

Tématem magisterské diplomové práce je náročnost práce v zařízení sociální rehabilitace. Odborná rešerše je zaměřena na objasnění klíčových pojmů, mezi které patří sociální pracovníci, pracovníci sociálních služeb pracující v zařízení sociální rehabilitace s cílovou skupinou osob s psychotickým duševním onemocněním, náplň práce těchto pracovníků, na psychohygienu pracovníků sociální rehabilitace (způsoby zvládání náročnosti vykonávané práce), na systém podpory a pomoci v pomáhajících profesích. V empirické části práce se zaměřuji na náročnost práce pracovníků z jejich pohledu, na způsoby zvládání vykonávané práce, na možnosti podpory pro pracovníky a úskalí této profese. Pro empirickou část jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum, a to konkrétně formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The topic of the Master's thesis is the demanding nature of work in a social rehabilitation. The professional research is aimed at clarifying key concepts, which include social workers, social service workers working in a social rehabilitation with a target group of people with psychotic mental illness, the job content of these workers, the psychohygiene of social rehabilitation workers (ways to manage the demands of the work performed), the system of support and assistance in the helping professions. In the empirical part of the work. I focus on the challenges of workers' work from their point of view, on ways of managing the work performed, on the possibilities of support for workers and the problems of this profession. For the empirical part, I chose qualitative research, specifically in the form of semi-structured interviews.
