IT project management using SCRUM
Abstract:
The diploma thesis acquaints the reader with the Agile project management, focusing on the Scrum methodology. The diploma thesis describes the basic principles, roles, artifacts and meetings that are essential parts of Scrum. It offers practical examples of leadership meetings, and specific procedures for working with the artifacts.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca oboznamuje čitateľa s agilnými metodikami pre riadenie projektov, pričom sa zameriava na metodiku Scrum. Popisuje základné princípy, roly, artefakty a schôdzky, ktoré sú súčasťou Scrumu. Ponúka praktické ukážky vedenia schôdzok a konkrétne postupy pre prácu s artefaktmi.
