Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou nekalých obchodních praktik ve vztazích mezi obchodníky a spotřebiteli. Cílem práce je analyzovat související právní úpravy, nekalé činnosti podnikatelů a jejich reakce na regulace státu. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of unfair commercial practices in relations between traders and consumers. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the related legal regulations, unfair activities of entrepreneurs and their reactions to state regulations.
