Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou, návrhem a implementací prototypového workflow a informačního systému, která slouží k podpoře molekulárního dokování. Analyzuje současný stav, definuje bioinformatické pojmy a navrhuje vhodné řešení.
Abstract:
The main goal of this master thesis is analysis, design a prototype implementation of molecular docking workflow system. This thesis analyses the current state of art in molecular docking workflows, defines bioinformatics terms and presents the design of final workflow solution.
