Abstract:

Hlavní náplní teoretické části diplomové práce je blíže objasnit problematiku týkající se lití pod tlakem. Zprvu je nutné se s danou problematikou seznámit, následně je pak probrán samotný licí cyklus. To zahrnuje například téma přípravy licí formy. Kromě toho je však nutno pojednávat i o procesu lisování a chlazení. Dále práce pojednává o způsobu vyhazování odlitku z formy a následném ořezávání materiálu. Co se potřebného vybavení pro lití pod tlakem týče, je nutné zmínit samotné stroje. V tomto případě existují stroje na tlakové lití s horkou komorou a se studenou komorou. Dalším potřebným vybavením jsou nástroje. Za ty je možno označit například samotnou formu. Do forem jsou odlévány konkrétní materiály. O materiálech je dále pojednáváno. Aby pak nedocházelo ke zmetkovité výrobě, je nutné brát ohledy i na pórovitost. Pórovitosti je věnováno značné množství. Se samotnou problematikou pórovitosti pak souvisí případné vady odlitků a mimo jiné i způsob, jak se těmto vadám vyvarovat. Například dodržováním některých designových pravidel. Praktická část byla zaměřena na sledování zachytávání plynů do objemu taveniny, a jejích následný transport do tvarové dutiny formy v závislosti na přeměnné rychlosti lisovacího pístu. V objemu odlitku bylo vyhodnocováno zachycení vzduchu v objemu odlitku na konci plnící fázi. Příčiny změn podílu zachyceného vzduchu byly zkoumány sledováním chování taveniny během plnící fáze v licí komoře. Veškeré zjištěné údaje byly zaznamenány a následně s nimi bylo dále pracováno.

Abstract:

The main focus of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis is to explain the issues related to die casting in more detail. Initially, it is necessary to get acquainted with the issue, then the casting cycle itself is discussed. This includes, for example, the topic of mould preparation. In addition, however, the pressing and cooling process must also be discussed. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the method of ejecting the casting from the mould and the subsequent trimming of the material. As far as the necessary equipment for die-casting is concerned, mention must be made of the machines themselves. In this case, there are hot-chamber and cold-chamber die-casting machines. Another piece of equipment needed is tooling. These include, for example, the mould itself. Specific materials are cast into the moulds. The materials are discussed below. Porosity must also be taken into account in order to avoid scrap production. A considerable amount of attention is given to porosity. The issue of porosity itself is related to possible defects in the castings and, among other things, how to avoid such defects. For example, by following certain design rules. The practical part was focused on the monitoring of gas trapping in the melt volume, and its subsequent transport into the mould cavity depending on the transformation speed of the press piston. The air entrapment in the casting volume at the end of the filling phase was evaluated. The causes of changes in the proportion of entrapped air were investigated by monitoring the behaviour of the melt during the filling phase in the casting chamber. All the findings were recorded and further work was carried out.
