Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je institut vyvlastnění, který představuje nejzávažnější zásah veřejné moci do vlastnického práva. Práce si klade za cíl shrnout a popsat celý tento institut, jeho historii i současně platnou právní úpravu. V práci jsou popsány podmínky vyvlastnění podle zákona o vyvlastnění, vymezeny jsou také konkrétní účely, pro které je možné pozemek či stavbu vyvlastnit. V poslední …more

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the institute of expropriation which represents the most serious interference of public authority in property right. The aim of this thesis is to summarize and describe this whole institute, its history and currently valid legislation.
