Hlavní problematika diplomové práce je soustředěna na oblast řízení jakosti elektrotechnického podniku. Z hlediska konkurenceschopnosti podniku nastiňuje, jak dosáhnout díky doporučeným přístupům řízení lepší pozice na trhu a stabilní jakosti v konkrétní výrobě. The thesis is focussed on the issues in the area of quality control in electrical-engineering enterprises. Concerning business competitiveness I outline how to achieve better market position and stable quality by following recommended approaches to management in a concrete production.
