Pharmacotherapy of gestational hypertension and preeclampsia
Abstract:
Gestační hypertenzi a preeklampsii řadíme mezi hypertenzní onemocnění v gestaci s incidencí 5 až 10 % těhotenství. Farmakoterapie zahrnuje podání vhodného antihypertenziva, případně kombinace antihypertenziv a magnézia k prevenci spasmů a rozvoje eklampsie. Abstract:
Gestational hypertension and preeclampsia are classified as hypertensive diseases in pregnancy with an incidence of 5 to 10 % of pregnancies. Pharmacotherapy includes the administration of a suitable antihypertensive drug, or a combination of the antihypertensive drugs and a magnesium to prevent spasms and the development of eclampsia.
