Measurements for determining insurance value

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou ocenění za účelem stanovení pojistné hodnoty. Část práce je věnována vysvětlení pojmů, které se objevují při oceňování a zároveň také při pojištění. Následně jsou pak popsány používané metodiky a návrhy na jejich vylepšení s implementací náhradových nákladů. V praktické části bakalářské práce je vypracováno ocenění průmyslového objektu pro zjištění pojistné hodnoty, které je indikováno nákladovou metodou.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is introducing the issue of valuation with regard to the determinativ of the insurance value. Part of the thesis is dedicated to the terms explanation, which appear in the process of valuation as well as in the insurance sector. Consequently, methods are being described as well as their improvement proposals with the implementation of replacement costs. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis is elaborated valuation of the industrial building to the determinativ of the insurance value, which is indicated by the cost approach.
