Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prověřováním sebevražd a náhlých úmrtí. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku sebevražd jako takovou, z hlediska psychologického a kriminalistického. V případě sebevražd a jejich prověřování se okrajově věnuje i případu manželů Stodolových. U náhlých úmrtí se orientuje na charakteristiku z pohledu lékařského a kriminalistického. Práce je zaměřena na prověřování, prvotní úkony na místě činu, vyloučení cizího zavinění, a následnou soudní či lékařskou pitvu. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovor, který zahrnuje prověřování sebevražd a náhlých úmrtí v praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the examination of suicides and sudden deaths. It focuses on the characteristics of suicides as such, from a psychological and criminalistic point of view. In the case of suicides and their investigation, it also peripherally deals with the case of the Stodola couple. In the case of sudden deaths, it focuses on the characterisation from a medical and criminalistic point of view. The work focuses on the investigation, initial actions at the scene, the exclusion of foreign culpability, and the subsequent forensic or medical autopsy. The practical part includes an interview that covers the examination of suicides and sudden deaths in practice.
