Design of CLT multi-storey building

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh šestipodlažního bytového domu z CLT panelů. Předkládané řešení není v rámci české legislativy a normativy v praxi zatím možné. Vytvořený návrh stavby je tak spíše vizionářským projektem, který chce přiblížit způsob navrhování vícepodlažních budov ze dřeva uplatňovaný v zahraničí. V práci jsou přiblíženy konstrukční principy vícepodlažních dřevostaveb a možnosti realizace v České republice i v jiných zemích. Samotný návrh stavby sestává z projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení, zohlednění požárně-bezpečnostních řešení a orientačního tepelně-technického posouzení objektu. Konstrukce stavby je navržena z prefabrikovaných modulárních jednotek.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the design of a six-storey residential building from CLT panels. In practice such a solution is not yet possible under Czech legislation and normative. The created design of the building is thus rather a visionary project that aims to ilustrate the way of designing multi-storey buildings made of wood applied abroad. The thesis describes the construction principles of multi-storey timber buildings and the possibilities of their implementation in the Czech republic and other countries. The design itself consists of the project documentation needed for the building permit, taking into account fire-safety solutions and indicative thermal assessment of the building. The construction is designed from prefabricated modules.
