Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou sociálních služeb v oblasti zaměstnanosti v souvislosti s vývojem trhu práce v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje, resp. města Ostrava. V teoretické části je popsán trh práce, zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost, sociální politika a politika zaměstnanosti. This thesis deals with the characteristics of social services in the field of employment in connection with the development of the labor market in the Moravian-Silesian region, city of Ostrava. The theoretical part describes the labor market, employment and unemployment, social policy and employment policy.
