Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úroveň bydlení v obecních bytech v městské části Brno-Žabovřesky. První část nás teoreticky seznamuje s pojmem bydlení, typy a formami bydlení. Zabývá se vlivem kvality bydlení na proces formování chování člověka ve společnosti. Objasňuje, jakou funkci vykonává obec při správě a pronájmu bytového fondu. The thesis is focused on the standard of living in municipal flats in Brno-Žabovřesky. The first theoretical part introduces us to the concept of housing types and forms of housing. It deals with the impact of housing quality on the process of shaping human behavior in society. It explains what function community performs in managing and renting flats.
