The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize widely used models of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) microenvironment. The effect of the microenvironment on CLL cells in vivo is important for their survival and proliferation. Cílem této práce je shrnout poznatky o vhodných modelech mikroprostředí chronické lymfatické leukémie (CLL). Vliv mikroprostředí na CLL buňky in vivo je důležitý pro jejich přežívání a proliferaci. Při kultivaci CLL buněk in vitro je tedy nezbytné, co nejvíce napodobit toto přirozené mikroprostředí.
