Optimization of logistics route planning from the point of view of the transport company

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na popis a zlepšení plánování logistických tras v praxi. Další podstatnou částí práce je také popis a seznámení s působností logistické společnosti včetně popisu jejich vozového parku a nabízených služeb. Toto vše je popsané v teoretické části. Praktická část je zaměřená na analýzu, zpracování a prezentaci dat z reálných přeprav a vozidel. Tato data jsou získána ze společnosti O.K. Trans Praha spol. s.r.o.. V poslední části jsou navrženy efektivnější varianty plánování a vysvětleny s ohledem na zadané aspekty.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the description and improvement of logistics route planning in practice. Another essential part of the work is also the description and familiarization with the scope of the logistics company, including the description of their vehicle fleet and the services offered. All this is described in the theoretical part. The practical part is focused on the analysis, processing and presentation of data from real transports and vehicles. This data is obtained from O.K. Trans Praha spol. s.r.o.. In the last part, more effective planning variants are proposed and explained with respect to the given aspects.
