Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pobyt cizinců na území České republiky. V první části práce je vymezeno několik základních pojmů týkající se pohybu obyvatelstva a dále jsou zde uvedeny pobytové tituly, které jsou znázorněny v zákoně č. 326/1999 Sb. Druhá část práce je založena na kazuistické metodě, která byla použita na několika případech, která byla vždy autorkou práce vyhodnocena. V závěrečné kapitole …more
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis there are defined several basic terms concerning the movement of the population. The second part of the thesis is based on a casuistic method, which was used on several cases, which were always evaluated by the author.
