Magical Negro in Marvel Cinematic Universe
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá tzv. Marvel Cinematic Universe azpůsob, jakým filmoví tvůrci pracují se stereotypem 'Magical Negro'. V první části se zaměřuje na samotný stereotyp a jeho charakteristické rysy. V druhé části potom zkoumá hrdiny a zkoumá, jakým způsobem 'Marvel Cinematic Universe' tento stereotyp využívá u jednotlivých postav.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the way it uses the Magical Negro Stereotype. In the first part, in discusses the Magical Negro stereotype and its characteristics. In the second part in focuses on the way how the Marvel Cinematic Universe incorporates the stereotype in its characters.
