Business plan – business expansion
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Podnikatelský plán na rozšíření podniku“ je zpracování záměru na rozšíření ubytovacích kapacit v Hotelu Buchlov v Buchlovicích. První část je zaměřena na popis a vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se této problematiky z teoretického hlediska. Ve druhé části je charakterizován podnik a jeho historie, je zde popsán záměr, navrhované rozšíření kapacit a finanční plán.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to plan an expansion of accommodation capacity of Hotel Buchlov. The first section aims to describe and more explain the theory of business and it’s expansion. The second part starts with characterization of the hotel and it’s history. Further it describes a business and financial plan how to expand it’s capacity with alternative housing.
