Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu nelegální práce a jednotlivých podob výkonu nelegální práce. V první kapitole je rozebraná základní úprava pracovně právních vztahů, která je podstatná pro účely práce. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of illegal work and individual forms of illegal work. In the first chapter, the basic legislation of labour relations, which is essential for the purposes of work, is discussed.
