Diplomová práce „Controlling odbytu“ se zaměřuje na téma prognózování prodeje, jakožto prvotního a zásadního vstupu pro další práci controllingu. Práce se věnuje zhodnocení současného způsobu prognózování ve vybrané společnosti a návrhu metody, která přinese zpřesnění odbytových prognóz. Thesis “Sales Controlling“ focuses on Sales Forecasting, which is the first and essential input for subsequent controlling work. The goal of the thesis is to analyse current process of sales forecasting in selected company and propose a method that will make the prognosis more accurate.
