Physical activity of the Brno - venkov region inhabitants

Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce „Pohybová aktivita obyvatel regionu Brno – venkov“ pojednává o výzkumu obyvatel daného regionu v oblasti pohybové aktivity. Autor v úvodu charakterizuje problematiku nedostatečného pohybu současné generace a vliv charakteru zaměstnání na pohybovou aktivitu. V teoretické části popisuje problematiku pohybu obecně, jeho významu pro lidské zdraví a preventivní význam pohybu před civilizačními nemocemi. Ve výzkumné části uvádí popis a vyhodnocení dotazníků zadaných respondentům náhodně vybraných skupin obyvatel regionu Brno – venkov, zjišťující kolik času, s jakou frekvencí a jakému typu pohybové aktivity se dotázaní ve svém volném čase věnují. Pokouší se odpovědět také na otázku, zda a jak velký vliv má charakter zaměstnání na další pohybovou aktivitu.

Abstract:

Annotation The bachelor thesis „Physical activity of the Brno - venkov region inhabitants “ deals with the research of the inhabitants of the region mentioned above in the field of the physical activity. In the introduction the author characterizes the issue of the insufficient physical activity of the current generation and the influence of the characteristics of the profession on the physical activity. In the theoretical part the author depicts the issue of the activity in general, its consequence for human health and the importance of the activity with regards to the prevention against the civilizational diseases. In the research part, he mentions the description and evaluation of the questionnaires given to the respondents from randomly chosen groups of inhabitants of the Brno - venkov region, asking how much time they do some physical activity, how frequently they do it and what type of activity they prefer. They also try to answer the question whether there is an influence of the characteristics of the profession on further physical activity.
