Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a strategickou analýzou konkrétní firmy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na firemní kulturu, funkci a prvky firemní kultury, její typologii a determinanty. Dále tato část vymezuje pojem strategie, strategické řízení, popisuje proces strategického řízení a zároveň se věnuje vzájemnému vztahu firemní kultury a strategie. Další částí bakalářské práce je část empirická, která se zabývá charakteristikou a analýzou zkoumané firmy. Je zde také provedena SWOT analýza a průzkum firemní kultury.

Abstract:

Annotation The thesis deals with the corporate culture and strategic analysis of particular company. The theoretical part is focused on corporate culture, function and elements of corporate culture, its typology and determinants. This part also defines the concept of strategy, strategic management, describes process of strategic management as well as deals with the mutual relationship between corporate culture and strategy. Another part of the bachelor thesis is the empirical part, which deals with the characteristics and analysis of the company, in which the research was carried out. There is also a SWOT analysis and a survey of corporate culture.
